Our Commitment to Access and Patient Care
We are working to improve how patients access care at our practice. The following changes are being implemented to ensure timely, appropriate, and effective support for all our patients.
- First-Contact Triage Every patient enquiry—whether by phone, econsult or in person—will be triaged at the first point of contact
- Reducing the 8am Rush Rather than calling at 8am we encourage calls between 8am and 11am
- Improving the Efficiency of Appointment Booking
- Signposting to the Most Appropriate Service
- Avoiding Duplicate or Unnecessary Bookings
- Minimising Unnecessary Follow-Ups
- Matching Patients to the Right Clinician
